This scene was so amazing because you can tell that Sam didn't care that Dean was laughing at him because he was happy that Dean was laughing again. He's worried about Dean's state of mind so seeing him so happy for once was refreshing for him (and for us all). Also Dean's laugh was so genuine. It remembers me that time when in Free to Be You and me he laughed like that with Cas. I love that Dean can find some moments of happiness in the little things.

Especially since Sam kinda provoked it. :) I wasn't really happy with how they were portraing Dean at the moment, I mean, he has every right to be moody and sad and tired... just, if one character is too morose for a long time it can get heavy. I'm glad they show Dean is still able to smile. :D
Adored this scene! It was so great to see Dean laughing and Sam's bemused reaction. :D Its been a looooong time since we've seen Dean laugh like this and even longer since he and Sam shared such a moment.
