Welcome back Supernatural!
Not my favorite episode and a little predictable.
They have done better standalones, as Nightshifter, but Roadkill wasn't that bad.
Tricia Helfer didn't impress me, but she did a good job.
Dean was a bit rude, while Sam was even too emo and caring.
About this, I have few things to say.
Dean knew what she was, so did I, the reference to the Sixth Sense and the Others was so clear, and he doesn't like ghosts, no matter if they are good or evil, he doesn't like supernatural creatures.
I get why and I don't blame him for this. Sure it annoyed me a bit, because it was overdone (not the acting, the script) and he could have been nicer, but, honestly, I don't think it's a big deal.
Sam knew it as well, but he was Sam. I mean he was more symphatetic. The weird thing is that Sam is ALWAYS kind and caring with unknown people, even if they are vampires and ghosts, but he isn't with his brother.
Yes I'm still thinking about the end of BUABS. Since I know he is a nice, caring guy, I wish he could show it to his brother too, not only when he's in coma in a hospital bed.
Btw not big deal either.
Sam was way too understanding towards the spirits. I know, they have been people, good or bad, but once dead they become evil, dangerous and you can't feel sorry for them. Being detached is something needed for a hunter.
Random thoughts:
-Dean called Sam "Sammy" again and I love when he does.
-don't mess with the Impala, angry spirits or not.
-professional, how love when they are able to figure things out.
-boys if you don't want her to listen, just go out or at least, Dean, speak softly!
-Sammy! You had to watch out for her!
-"walking encyclopedia of weirdness", eheheh Dean, so true!-"yeah, I know", I love you Sam!
-"thank God", "call me Dean"...cocky boy!
-pissedoff!Dean is HOT!, hurt!Dean too. He's smashed against a wall, again. That spirit has superpowers!
-while Sam was digging, I screamed "hurry up Sam" and after a second Dean dis the same.
I'm definitely insane over this show.
-I loved Jensen's facial expressions while the ghost was trying to kill him.
-"No Molly, David is alive"...awww Sammy,*hugs*
-"Molly, it's 2007"...finally Dean felt sorry for her. I guess he's able to change his mind about things if he has a good reason to do it.
-I love the twists and the questions about what is good and what is not. Molly wasn't aware of being a killer, so we can feel sorry for her. I really appreciated the shades of grey the writers point out sometimes.
-So basically while the episode lacked in action, it was one which puts up questions and dilemmas. I loved the last scene between the boys and Molly. And I loved how Sam and Dean reacted so differently through the whole episode. They were more alike to the old Sam and Dean, the ones from S1, but we know they aren't only the sensitive little brother and the cocky older one. They are both more complex characters.

My friend Sara told me this :
Another thing: Sam acted with the Nightshifter guy (Ronald?) more or less like Dean acted with Molly in this one, but Ronald was alive yet.
Sweetie you're so right!
