Watching the brothers at their father's funeral. Then Dean confessing how he feels in CSPWDT, Dean telling the secret and the promise scene from Playthings.

I'd like to have Gordon back and Andy.

Nope!

4. Do you think we've seen the last of Jo? (At least for this season?)
No, but I think she won't have the role Kripke wanted for her at the beginning.

5. What are you opinions on Ava Wilson? What do you think happened to her? Is she a "good" character, or an "evil-playing-good" character?
I don't have an opinion yet, but I'd like her to be evil, to be the one that will drag Sam to his dark side.

Now I have to write my review of Playthings!
