you know me Val... I'm going to do my Sammy apology like always... but seriously....
Sam was all happy and honorated to meet the angels even if Dean clearly told me that one of the reasons why they are there is to stop him (maybe in a drastic way).. and it's kind of sad that they didn't come up to his expectations... it's true that they fight all kind of evil stuff but if you get to know that angels exist and that there is actually a "good" side, of course you think about them like generous, kind and pityful people...
moreover.. why do they have to be so hard on him? what was he supposed to do? The knife wasn't working.. the demon would kill him, his brother and summon the hell.... okay, the powers are not good but he is using them to make good and when he has no other choice!!! And I liked the he talked about that with Dean first too. :)
