Life is worth to live, no matter what and a baby completely change your perspective. Everything has a new meaning and your own purpose in this world is different.
A baby is tiring and complicated to handle sometimes, but he adds so much to your inner self that I don't think I have already processed and realized it.
That's all!!!

Becoming a mom must be a life-changing, awesome experience… You know, I’ve never envisioned myself as a mother –I consider myself too young still (which is not true, haha!)—but lately I’ve been thinking a lot about motherhood –especially since my niece Elna was born this summer. She is a very cute, quiet baby, and when your hold her in your hands is impossible not to think of how it must feel having your own child.
And I am so sorry to hear about your brother… Don’t answer me if you don’t feel like it, I know it’s very personal, but has he been diagnosed with a mental illness? As I told you, my father suffered from a depression when I was a teenager, and he never really recovered. And dealing with him is so, so difficult. It’s what I was saying at my journal, he can’t stand being happy –when we are ok and everything is going alright, well, he feels he doesn’t deserve it and finds any excuse to make it all fall apart. It’s so sad, and I want to help him, I really want, but the worst thing is that he won’t accept any kind of help. So, needless to say I completely understand how you must feel about your brother. I really hope he realizes that everyone deserves happiness.
**hugs**

Date: 2010-01-08 07:53 am (UTC)I am online just because I am back to work, otherwise it would be difficult for me too :)
No we didn't celebrate that holidays but on January 6th we celebrate the Epiphany day.
Aww, and you are so sweet when you talk about Gaia, I don’t have any doubt that your little baby is the greatest achievement of the year.
She totally is, I can't even start to describe how much I love her.
but lately I’ve been thinking a lot about motherhood –especially since my niece Elna was born this summer.
Well it's a wonderful experience...I am sure you will understand the right time to have a baby.
but has he been diagnosed with a mental illness?
He has been diagnosed with depression and he has some drugs issues. The doc said him he has to face his own demons if he wants to heal...he tries, he succeeds for a while, but when he comes too close, he runs away. It's like being on a rollercoaster.
And dealing with him is so, so difficult.
I can totally relate. For different reasons, looks like my brother behaves in the same way. He just doesn't admit to have aproblem or he says he can control it.
but the worst thing is that he won’t accept any kind of help.
Same here.
I am sorry for your father too and thanks to open up so quickly. I kow it's not easy but somehow it helps a little bit.
Now...PILOTS!!!! We have to talk about them :)))
*hugs*
