I love to see the brothers working together too, it's the brotherly interaction that keeps me hooked in the first place.

I do think Damon and Stefan will find a way to get through their common love for Elena. After what Damon told Stefan, I do think Stefan words to Elena were just his own way to give Elena the possibility to think about her own feelings.
