What Kerr Smith said about working again with Jensen :)

It was a pleasure to work with him again. Jensen's a cool cat, man. He's tall, formal and just a fun guy to hang out with." He says they had a bit of fun taunting Ackles' Supernatural co-star who was off on another slasher redo. "We were calling Jared [Padalecki] - because he was shooting [Friday the 13th] in Texas when we were shooting in Pittsburh - and Jensen was telling him, You know our movie is better than yours, right?

No matter what tricks God and Satan are playing on our boys, Sam will always want to please his older brother, and Dean will always want to take care of Sam. (The look of tender alarm on Jensen Ackles' face when Sam was struggling with his migraines had more emotional resonance than almost anything in the last night's script.) And the war between their hard-wired loyalties and their present day marching orders could bring out the battle-scarred best in the characters and in the show.

Thanks Sara!

YOu know I rewatched the episode today and being more detached I could see the flaws it had.
I loved that the boys talked and fought. I think I watch SPN basically for these moments but I think the task the writers have this year is even more difficoult than they had in the previous season.
They have time but they have 3 storylines to address and this can be complicated.
I mean, Dean's storyline, Sam's storyline and the Apocalypse. Of course they are all connected but find a balance must give them a headache.

I love love love this season but while I want them to show Sam's pain when he was without Dean and his personal hell now that he has to face who he is, I don't want them to neglect what Dean had been through.
So far we have seen Dean dealing with the aftermath of Castiel revelations and somehow he's doing pretty well. I want him to remember Hell, I want the writers to point out that being sent to Hell is terrible. Honestly? It's the worst thing that could happen to a human being. So far, they haven't showed how much painful and horrible it must have been. I think they have to.
I hope they will.
