TVD HOMECOMING: when Val is in love with DAMON/STEFAN/ELENA/KATHERINE
HAPPY WEEKEND!!!
Won't be able to watch SPN until next week, since I am away this weekend but I am too much overwhelmed with THE VAMPIRE DIARIES last episode to actually miss it....

-I enjoyed to see Damon, Stefan and Elena working together again.
-I can't help, I like Mikael maybe because I have a crush on Sebastian Rochè...he was angel Balthazar from SPN and I still miss him.
-Klaus did really hates Mikael and so does Rebekah. I can see why. It's true he destroyed their family turning them into vampires and being an abusive father even when they were humans. I guess he just wanted to protect his kids, but he screwed up with them instead. He reminds me a lot of John Winchester...*sighs*
-Oh Damon..be careful with your plans!
-I like Snarky!Stefan.
-Awwww I love protective!Damon..he was just caring when they were working on the grenades.
-Stefan had a point when he says that their humanity made their plans go wrong...sometimes switching off can be useful.
-I am not liking Tyler at all right now, he is acting like a bully and Caroline doesn't deserve it.
-Loved the little intimate scene between Rebekah and Elena. Loved how Elena was able to play her. I didn't like it because I was feeling sorry for Rebekah but I get Elena's reasons. Elijah couldn't kill Klaus in the past, they can't be sure REbekah would let them do it. Klaus has been her only family for centuries...she might fail them all.
-"It's very Katherine of you"...oh Damon...
-I am glad Elena realized that she is the weak line and I was very happy to see her and Damon talking about trust. Elena does trust him and I feel that it's not rushed or forced because they are at this point after 3 seasons and their relationship has been well developed. Nothing is fake between them imho. They just work together.
-Welcome back Klaus, things are more interesting when you are around.
-Since Damon knows that Mikael feeds on Vamps, it's pretty clear that Kath is still alive. This is a good news.
-I liked Damon and Mikael interaction. Mikael tried to redeem himself feeding on vamps me thinks.
-Damon's face when Mikael fed on Stefan? Meaningful.
-Klaus is not stupid at all, he came with a whole army.
-Ok Tyler, we have made up. I loved that you wanted to keep everyone safe.
-Damon/Tyler fighting...HOT!
-I also like Bonnie and Damon interaction. I love Damon all in charge and sure about what to do..I wish his plan could work...
-Mikael/Klaus: so many issues there. You can see the pain, the wounds, the disappointment in both of them. I can't help, I can't really blame Klaus. He has done horrible and cruel things, he has to be stopped, he has to die but I can't forget why he is like he is now. He has never been accepted, he has never been completely loved and even his mother wasn't able to give to him what he needed. Basically he was a warewolf, then he became a hybrid..but it wasn't his fault. His parents decided for him. Klaus was alone and rejected. That being said, he could have chosen another life. He could have tried to get the best from the situation, but things only got worse and he slowly turned into the monster he is now. He could have chosen and he wouldn't have been alone.
-YES I knew it, the moment Mikael stabbed her I knew it was Katherine. Damon's plan was getting Kath to help them.
-Stefan no...Stefan...wtf? Stefan screwed up with Damon's plan...
-I am also happy about the little chat btween Tyler and Caroline because it gave us the chance to understand Tyler a little bit more and honstely I liked what he said.
-OMG OMG THAT LAST DELENA SCENE??? PERFECTION!!! Damon was distraught. His plan was perfect, he got everything covered but something went wrong and he didn't know what. His desperation because he wasn't able to free Stefan, to have him back...his being lost without him...and Elena being the strongest one there. Not a whiny teen ager but and adult young woman, who calmed him down, who comforted him..who held his face with her hands. EVERYTHING was speaking about the deep bond these two share. Then the kiss, that was so close and again postponed because of Katherine's phone call...and the truth revealed: Stefan sacrificed his love for Elena to save Damon. He did, once again. As Kat said he cared enough to save Damon. Kath cared enough to save both of them.
One little note on Damon: his desperation was due even to the fact that he felt like he had failed both Stefan and Elena. Stefan because he didn't bring his humanity back and Elena, because he didn't bring Stefan back to her. But it wasn't Damon to fail, since Stefan broke the wall of his shut off humanity for Damon and Elena realized that loving someone doesn't mean to chain a person but to set him free.
Damon is doing this with Elena, this new Damon loves in a healthy way, he is not obsessive, he is sweet, caring, trustworthy, but he lets Elena free to feel what she feels. Not once he took advantage of her, epoecially not when she was more vulnerable. It was not Damon to fail. It was his love who set all of them free. Stefan and Katherine saved him because of what they feel for him but also for what Damon feels and has always felt for them. It's love. Always.
-"I loved you". "I loved Damon too". Yes she did and she amended, because she sacrificed her own freedom to save her Salavatore brothers. She was wonderful.
-Well done Stefan and Kath!!!
In conclusion, I LOVED EVERYTHING IN THIS EPISODE, but especially my Salvatore bothers and Elena and Kath. Everyone of them was ready to sacrifice something for the greater good. Everyone was willing to actually listen to a good advice. Everyone's action were led by love.
Imho in this episode the 4 characters I mentioned before stood out. They were flawless. They were the core of the whole show. The bond of a family is and what are Stefan and Damon for Kath, if not her family?
I have read some DE haters being mad at them because they gave up on Stefan. They didn't. They are not going to live their relationship forgetting about Stefan, but Elena was right...they have to let him go first, to bring him back.
As for my shipping heart, I have decided that I ship Damon with everyone because you know what? It's Damon who feels, who loves the one true character that makes me ache and feel and smile and I want Damon to feel. Because when he feels he is able to do amazing things.
Do I have mentioned how much I love Stefan too? No, well I love him too, despite all his flaws and all his martyr attitude...I just love how big his heart his.
That's all...January won't ever come too fast.
