Gaia update

Hope your weekend was good. We just stayed at home. Gaia wasn't ok and we just spent time with her.
The doc this morning saw Gaia and she told my Mom that she got a nasty flu and she has to stay at home because the fever can get back.
The teething is also killing her..poor thing, when the teeth push to get out, she cries and yells "bua dentini" which means that she is in pain.
*hugs Gaia tight*

As for the rest, we watched INVICTUS, which I missed last year. I really loved that movie.

I am addicted to my tv shows, so yesterday I did a very intense SPN/TVD marathon. SO MUCH PRETTINESS to drool/angst over!!!

How was your weekend?

My thoughts are with people in Egypt, things are getting dangerous. I just hope the Army won't open fire on people.

Unfortunately, people have been shot in Egypt and this looks like it won't end these days :(
There is a nasty virus that attacks mostly kids with high fever and body pain as a friend told me who has a son, so be careful with Gaia.

It broke my heart (as her fics do) but it also made me feel like he's gearing up to fight again. I keep being worried that he's going to give up on ALL of it...

Egypt is a nightmare. The worst thing is that it solves nothing. If there is come kind of revolution, it will jsut leave room for the next dictator.

Teething AND the flu! Poor baby just can't catch a break. {{hugs}}

This whole Egypt thing scares me, especially since The Spousal Unit is in Tel Aviv today and tomorrow. A little too close for comfort. I can't wait until he's on the plane flying back. Of all times to have to travel to the region. *sigh*

I really loved Invictus. I was totally into Rugby at the time, and sat up through many nights watching those matches. It was incredible to see the story of what was going on behind the scenes during that time.

It's really sad to see the state the world is in at the moment. And really, what is it all going to achieve?
