HAPPY FRIDAY FLIST and HAPPY WEEKEND.
Wanna talk about the last episode?
Good to see you again Meg :). Probably the character I miss the
most...I would have enjoyed to have her working with the boys instead of Ruby.
-Jensen face when Dean said he's creeped out...so scared and lost.
-wow a lot to read about angels ;)
-"Dude, where's the pie?"...LOL!
-Dean worried for his little brother in the Impala :)
-I have such a thing for tormented, hurt Dean!
-The secret chamber is pretty creepy but very smart idea. "Bobby you are awesome"...he is indeed. He taught a lot of things to the brothers.
-"So what we do now?"-"Roadtrip! Grand canyon..."I guess they really should :)
-"Opium?" and that how to call it, smirk?
-"You ok?"..."No"...that voice...*sighs
-Boys and guns, action FTW!
I liked the main plot, the idea of people that could not be saved haunting the hunters is interesting. You could learn something from them, but I think the boys don't deserve to be blamed. They made mistakes, but they never did them on purpose and they hurt for them.I was disappointed in how they portrayed Hendriksen when he first met Sam. I had another idea of the agent, more like a knight in his shiny armor, ready to die for the higher plan. I know, this is only my idea and probably, Viktor was just a human being scared of what happened and the way he died.
Viktor was even more cruel with Dean. Not only because he hurt him, but for what he said...because of all the things Dean can deal with, he can't deal with the idea of a failure which costed other lives. With the idea of himself being alive and others being dead.
Meg and Dean. Nicky and Jensen have so much chemistry...I felt sorry for Meg, really sorry but Dean was right. They did the best they could. In Shadow they didn't even know Meg was possesed and when in DT they excorcised her, what else they could have done?
One more thing...Dean knows, he really knows what it means, he just doesn't know yet.
Meg really hit a nerve when she talked about Ruby. Sam is using her? Sam somehow justifies here? Does he trust her? I guess Sam doesn't know yet what to do with himself.
Every word Meg said was probably the mirror of Sam's greatest fear...becoming a monster. Btw I see Sam a lot less compassionate this season.
Since the ghosts had all a brand, does it mean they have been sent to
haunt the boys, to weaken them?
"The rising of the witnesses" from The Revelations. Something very big
is going to happen. The seals broken to bring Lucifer back. The Apocalypse. The mythology is getting better and better!
I'm glad Dean talked to Bobby and Sam about Castiel. There are already
too many secrets. They reacted the way we expected to. Dean doubtful,
Sam hopeful. Bobby like the most unbiased of the three.
Again self esteem issues...big time. I wonder whether Dean will ever realize how valuable he is. I know this can sound a litte bit cheesy,
but if we do believe in god, he has a plan for everybody of us. He cares about everybody of us (which is unbelievable most of the times).
I understand Dean's doubts. I guess they are the same we all have, but
no way he can consider himself just a regular guy. He is not. I love he is scared. I really love how stubborn and humble Dean ca be.
I also love that Sam tries hard every time to convince his brother he is important.
I think is important Sam is not scared of angels and he still believes in God. It's a way for him to think he is safe. He's good, if angels are around he has a hope. He can work for the goos side. Maybe it could be helpful in the future for him.
Interesting what Ruby said about demons being scared of angels. Looks like they are more powerful than ordinary demons.
It's funny she said that angels smack first, then asks questions.
Don't demons do the same or even worse?
I love that Castiel is not an angel like we use to think. I love that he is a warrior. Castiel and Dean. It's going to be a very difficoult relationship.
Dean has so many walls. From his point of view he is right, it's hard to believe that God leaves people living horrible things or that demons are free to kill them, but Dean has to understand there is a war and that Angels have another role. Protecting human beings is possible only fighting the demons.
Lilith broke the seals. She rose the ghosts. Lucifer is coming. Dean has to believe it quickly.
The actors:
Jensen is stunning, really he is. His performance was and he is so pretty.
Loved Jim as usual and this time I liked Jared a lot too.
Misha Collins plays Castiel very well. He and Jensen together make a good team.
I'm sorry, but I still don't like Geneneve Cortese. Ruby is not a damsel in distress. The actress is flat...of course just my opinion.
