YES! And you are like the second person that picked that up (or the second person who asked me for confirmation). I love Peter Hoeg's work, I've read all his book and Smilla was a kick-ass character, one of those females character I aspire to be but will probably never be *grin*

Long story, but I lived in Termini Imerese for almost a year and then moved to Palermo for a while.

My dad moved a lot from work, when I was a kid. I was born in Genova and I've lived in Rovigo and Verona too.

I'm in Rome since 1986. So this is definetely my town!
