IKR! I'm just afraid they forget about that. But we also don't know what happened in purgatory - if cas disappeared and Dean doesn't know he had to and did it not on his own volition Dean could think Cas left him therenand it may play role into him forgiving Cas. But he'll do eventually. Cause it's Dean :)
